Ricki Smith

Ricki Smith is Nechako Knits. In her spare time, she knits toques and mittens. "I've always liked knitting, and then when the pandemic hit, I had more time and I was home more so I started knitting more." The name Nechako Knits was inspired by the Nechako river, which she grew up beside. "We live in the North and I feel like we can wear toques all year long!" Ricki works for Northern Health as a Nurse Practitioner and enjoys spending time outside with her husband, Shane, and dogs, Clem and Skeeter.
